About this event

What does it really take to build an organisation that’s fit for the future: Agile, resilient, and powered by skills rather than static job titles?

In this special Blend Book Club Live, globally recognised futurist and co-author Ravin Jesuthasan joins the Chicago community for an intimate, off-the-record conversation on workforce transformation. Together, we’ll explore what works, what fails, and what leaders must do now to prepare their organizations for a skills-fluid, AI-accelerated future.
