The Future of Finance: Leading the AI-Powered Enterprise
For decades, finance has served as the organization’s scorekeeper – tracking performance, managing compliance, and supporting strategic decision-making. Today, that role is rapidly evolving. As AI becomes embedded across enterprise operations, finance leaders have an opportunity to move beyond reporting the business to actively shaping it.
This transformation extends far beyond automation. The finance function is becoming smaller, smarter, and more connected as AI reshapes everything from forecasting and planning to risk management, workforce strategy, procurement, and operational decision-making. At the same time, CFOs are increasingly responsible for establishing the governance, data foundations, and organizational readiness required to scale AI responsibly across the enterprise.
Join Blend, KPMG, and SAP for an executive dinner exploring how finance leaders are preparing for this next chapter. Through candid peer discussion, we’ll examine how organizations are modernizing the finance function by advancing AI capabilities, and how they are creating a connected operating model that positions finance as a strategic business driver.
