Stefan Boehmer is a CFO, board member, and strategic advisor with over 25 years of experience across Accounting, Finance, Tax, Treasury, Project Management, IT, Legal, and Procurement. He has held leadership roles at Siemens and Körber across Germany, the U.S., and Canada, driving digital transformation and operational excellence. A Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, he was a Finalist for Best CFO for Large Private Companies by D CEO in 2025. Stefan founded Texas Advisory Services, is a founding member and Co-Chair of the CAIO Circle and the Blend Chapter in Dallas, and leads outreach for the European American Chamber of Commerce in Texas, helping organizations integrate AI, build high-performing teams, and translate innovation into measurable business value.
