Book Club Live with Jennifer Moss
Work has changed faster than most organizations have had time to absorb. AI is reshaping how we work, employee expectations are shifting, burnout is rising and leaders face growing pressure to deliver more, faster.
In this Book Club Live, Jennifer Moss, author of Why Are We Here (Harvard Business Press), explores what’s holding people and organisations back in this new era of work.
Drawing on evidence-based research, executive interviews and real-world case studies, Jennifer unpacks the psychological barriers behind disengagement, declining productivity and burnout. She also introduces the eight leadership traits leaders need to navigate this moment – from building AI readiness to responding to wider shifts in workplace culture.
You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of what’s keeping your teams stuck, why high performers are burning out and a practical, evidence-based framework you can put into action immediately.
