About this event

Leading leaders is one of the most nuanced challenges in executive leadership.

Today’s senior leaders are increasingly responsible for influencing people who are highly capable, successful, opinionated, and accustomed to autonomy. This creates a series of balancing acts: adapting your leadership style while remaining authentic, encouraging healthy challenge without creating friction, balancing succession planning with business performance, and navigating the tension between established approaches and new generational expectations.

Join fellow Blend members for an evening of discussion, insight, and peer learning as we explore a simple but powerful question:

How do we create alignment, accountability, and high performance when the people we lead are leaders themselves?

As part of the experience, we’ll explore a selection of wines alongside the conversation, using the concept of blending as a lens for leadership itself. Great leadership teams, like great blends, are rarely built from identical components. Their strength comes from bringing together different perspectives, experiences, personalities, and capabilities to create something stronger than any individual contribution.

Together, we’ll explore what it takes to unite strong leaders around a common vision, harness healthy challenge, and build leadership teams that are greater than the sum of their parts.
