About this event

AI adoption across financial services is accelerating, but the next challenge for banks is not simply identifying more use cases. It’s determining where AI can safely take on responsibility, how human judgement is preserved, and how organisations build trust in AI-driven decisions within regulated environments.

As AI evolves from copilots to agents, the conversation is shifting. Leaders must now consider how AI integrates into real banking workflows – across customer operations, onboarding, financial crime, credit, and regulatory processes – while maintaining governance, accountability, and control.

Join Blend, IBM, and Microsoft for an invite-only executive workshop in London bringing together senior banking leaders to explore the transition from AI experimentation to trusted, agentic operations. This interactive session will examine how organisations are embedding AI into day-to-day workflows, equipping teams to work alongside intelligent systems, and building the context and governance required for AI to operate with confidence.

A central focus will be the human impact of this shift. As roles evolve, leaders must address AI literacy, cultural readiness, and change management, ensuring teams understand not just how to use AI, but when to trust it, challenge it, and take ownership of its outcomes.

Through a peer-led, design-oriented discussion, attendees will explore how to move from isolated pilots to scalable, enterprise-wide adoption, balancing innovation with risk, and opportunity with responsibility.
