About this event

Manufacturing leaders are navigating an increasingly volatile environment. Labor shortages, fluctuating fuel and raw material costs, and ongoing supply chain disruptions are putting pressure on every part of the value chain.

At the same time, expectations have never been higher. Leaders must deliver more, with less: maintain service levels, protect margins, and respond to shifting demand, often with limited visibility and fragmented systems. In many organisations, planning, production, and logistics still operate in silos, creating a persistent gap between effort and control.

Join Blend and Talan for a private executive dinner in Toronto, bringing together senior leaders across manufacturing, operations, and supply chain. This conversation will explore how organizations are strengthening themselves to face disruptions by connecting data, aligning planning with execution, and enabling faster, more confident decision-making.
