Scaling AI Adoption: Building a Culture of Champions for Enterprise Impact
As organizations accelerate AI investments, a new challenge is emerging: adoption at scale. While access to AI tools has expanded rapidly, many enterprises struggle to translate experimentation into sustained, organization-wide impact.
Insight’s own journey from being “AI curious” to becoming an AI-first organization revealed a critical truth: successful AI transformation is driven as much by people and culture as it is by technology. Without clear governance, shared learning models, and empowered teams, even the most advanced AI initiatives risk remaining fragmented and underutilized.
Join Blend and Insight for a private executive dinner bringing together senior business and technology leaders to explore how organizations can scale AI adoption through culture-led, repeatable approaches. Grounded in Insight’s proven AI Playbook, the discussion will focus on building AI champion networks, aligning business and IT leaders around prioritized use cases, and creating safe environments for teams to learn, experiment, and apply AI with confidence. Attendees will gain practical perspectives on how to embed AI into daily workflows—turning innovation into measurable business value and ensuring AI becomes part of how work gets done, not just another strategic initiative.
