About this event

Work isn’t working. But it’s not the workload that’s killing us–most senior leaders would love to be able to do the work. No, it’s not the workload, it’s the thoughtload; the silent tax on our performance and productivity. In this interactive Blend Masterclass, Dr. Liane Davey delves into the cost of thoughtload on innovation, collaboration, and engagement.

In this session, you’ll learn about the treacherous triad of rising cognitive demands, increasing emotional burdens, and depleted energy reserves. You’ll get practical strategies for lowering your own thoughtload and leading in a way that helps you manage the madness and free your team to do great work. Expect hard-hitting insights into how leaders perpetuate high thoughtload, along with evidence-based techniques and tools you can take back to your organization.

A large group of C-suite professionals engage in conversation at a Blend community networking event. They wear Blend lanyards and are seated at a long dining table.
