The EQ Leader: Why Leading with Emotional Intelligence is Especially Important in the Age of AI
As technology accelerates, emotional intelligence is becoming the defining skill that separates effective leaders from the rest.
In a world increasingly shaped by data, algorithms, and automation, the human side of leadership has never mattered more. Emotional intelligence (EQ), once considered a “soft skill”, is now a strategic differentiator for leaders navigating complexity, building trust, and sustaining engagement in an era of AI-driven change.
Join the Blend Toronto community for an interactive conversation with Dr Steven Stein, clinical psychologist, founder and Executive Chair of Multi-Health Systems (MHS), and author of the international bestseller The EQ Leader: Instilling Passion, Creating Shared Goals, and Building Meaningful Organizations Through Emotional Intelligence.
