Absolutely. We welcome referrals from existing members who believe their peers would add value to the Blend community. Blend is highly curated, ensuring that all members align with our ethos of authentic connection and thought leadership. If you have a colleague or executive leader who would benefit from joining, you can submit a nomination, and our team will review their application for alignment with our community.
We understand the power of a strong community naturally leads to members doing business with each other, and we encourage this connection across our community. It is, however, critical that Blend is a trusted community for our members. We have a strict non-solicitation policy and do not allow proactive sales or marketing efforts within the community for the sole purpose of driving future business.
No. Whilst our membership is human-led and there are local in-person experiences and virtual leadership exchanges for the global community to come together, there is so much more to Blend. Members can access ideas, insights and education that all live within the Blend app. Alongside our CPD-certified Blend Education courses, resources like our Fall Forward Podcast, interviews, and the Blend Book Club all help our members to expand their thinking. Members run masterclasses, participate in group coaching, share their thought leadership, and ask questions of our global community. How you want to connect and contribute is up to you and we’re here to help you get the most from your involvement in the community.
We run a vast array of experiences for and recommended by our members. From traditional topic-led roundtables, to interactive experiences such as workshops, masterclasses, thought-leadership dinners, VIP programmes and activities from pizza making to cocktail classes. All our experiences are tailored to enable members to foster new professional connections and build trust and friendships with your peers.
Annual Executive membership to Blend is $3,999 per year with a onetime joining fee of $950.
Associate membership to Blend is $799 per year or $75 per month.

We curate our local communities to ensure our members can connect in-person, however, if you live outside of our community locations, or travel a lot, there are still ways to join Blend. Blend membership is intended for global leaders, meaning you don’t have to live in one of our communities to join Blend. Both Executive membership and Associate membership are available globally – why not schedule a community tour to learn which would be right for you. Alternatively, you can explore our future city chapters.
Yes. You can apply for membership at any time or join our waitlists if your local community is yet to go live.
Our membership team review applications weekly and endeavour to complete member onboarding within seven days. We take this time to ensure the quality, intent, and expertise of prospective members and assess their fit with Blend’s membership criteria.
Blend is specifically for senior leaders of enterprise businesses looking to connect with their peers in a meaningful way and develop their leadership skills. Our membership team connects to every one of our members to ensure they are a positive fit for our community, so after you submit your application, we will arrange for you to speak to one of our team to ensure we are a good fit.
If your application is accepted, we will send you confirmation and welcome you to our community.
Membership renewals are reviewed on an annual basis. We will let you know in advance of when your membership is due to expire to remind you about your payment schedule.
