Membership Ambassador 

Blend Community Ambassadors drive personal transformation by welcoming new members to our Executive Community. Membership unlocks group-based experiences, fostering deep connections and leadership growth in a confidential, supportive space. 


  • Can be located in either NY, London, Toronto or San Fran.

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the technology, coaching or executive engagement industries.

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to engage and connect with c-level executives with ease.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, taking ownership of sales initiatives

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills to secure deals and drive sales growth

  • Experience in lead generation and management, utilizing various channels for prospecting

Community Guide 

Blend Community Guides drive personal transformation through local chapters. These groups offer confidential, supportive spaces for leaders to address challenges and grow, fostering deep connections, which accelerate members’ leadership capacity. This is delivered through a mix of virtual and physical meet ups. Guides have executive coaching experience and access to resources, joining a network of fellow executives. As a blend community Guide you will be connected to a community of fellow executives, you will build an be provided with resources to use with your local groups, and have access to Blend’s line up of virtual and physical events. 


  • Located in London, NY, Toronto or San Francisco.

  • Experience in executive coaching, group facilitation and leadership development.

  • Significant and frequent experience working with senior executives (VP, SVP, + C-Suite)

  • Experience recruiting and inviting executives to participate in events/sessions.

  • Ability, within a group, to identify 8-12 individual challenges or themes and turn them into universal conversations that are valuable for all group members.

  • Excellent inclusive virtual and physical facilitation skills and ability to create a safe and equitable space in which all members participate.

  • Availability to take on 4 or more groups over time – 8-10 hrs per week

  • Comfort operating Zoom.

  • A practiced growth mindset

Marketing Executive

We’re looking for a passionate, well-organized, Marketing Executive to join our team. The Marketing exec is responsible for generating marketing content, campaigns, social and increasing membership revenue by targeting businesses, organizations and individuals, and promote membership & sell both private & ticketed events and to assist in building out business processes, content, videos, SEO, socials and data sets.
This role will be varied and exciting – coving all the foundational areas marketing, you will be rolling your sleeves up and really working across the sales and marketing departments.


  • Excellent verbal and written skills required.

  • Needs to be highly self-motivated and ambitious in achieving goals.

  • Excellent team working skills

  • 1 year of Marketing experience

  • High level of confidence

  • The ability and willingness to learn, to be trained and to communicate

  • Have experience of Hubspot marketing automationA practiced growth mindset
